Party policies

$100.00 deposit must be received within 24 hours of booking to confirm your event.

50% of deposit refundable with 5 day cancellation notice.

$180.00 balance due upon arrival of Reno Gellyball Team to your location,  before setup. 

Cash, Card or Check to : Reno Gellyball.

A waiver MUST be signed for participants to play.  No exceptions.

Events may be cancelled due to heavy rain, wind or  snow, based on the safety of the participants and/or functionality of the equipment.  Events cancelled due to these weather conditions will be rescheduled.  

Participants must  wear provided  safety equipment when in the play zone. Mask/Goggles or Helmet. Participants under 18 MUST wear a helmet. 

Listen & follow all safety instructions given by Reno Gellyball Staff. Participants not follow the rules or instruction from Staff will be removed from play.
